Life Care Community or CCRC typically offer independent and assisted living, medical and skilled nursing care when needed. After an individual moves into the community, they are able to age in place. Changes in health will be taken care of. CCRCs are usually purchased and require an upfront payment. CCRC provide a safety net for when health or circumstances change.
